The Agilent 1200 HPLC-6130 MSD is high performance liquid chromatograph with a quadrapole mass spectrometer. The Agilent 1200 Series HPLC System consists of a vacuum degasser, a binary pump, an autosampler, thermostatted column compartment and a dioade array detector. The 6130 MSD is a quadrapole mass spectrometer that allows for simultaneous positive and negative ion data for both electrospray ionization (ESI) and atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI).
